An asset or proceeds may emerge after the closing distribution. The issue is not simply a new dividend. First establish whether and how a supplementary distribution is to be carried out.
Section 138 IO addresses supplementary distribution. The asset, its status as part of the estate and the already established claims must be brought together in one file.
This article separates later distribution from general review of a distribution plan and from filing an insolvency claim.

| Review area | Records | Core question |
|---|---|---|
| Asset found | Purchase record, bank record, realisation evidence | What value became available later? |
| Estate status | Title evidence, order, third-party records | Does the value belong to the estate? |
| Distribution | Distribution plan, schedule, court order | Who is considered on which basis? |

The participants need a traceable basis. Compare the claim schedule, security, payments already made and court orders.
The file should show which assumption comes from which record and which issue remains open.
A draft, a court decision and actual payment are different stages. Record them separately.
This shows whether an issue concerns the asset, claim, rank or only execution of the distribution.
It concerns a later distribution of an asset that still has to be considered after the earlier procedural position.
No. Legal basis, title, third-party interests and procedural status require review.
