Restructuring plan
The plan translating an intended restructuring under the ReO into concrete measures and treatment of affected creditors.
A restructuring plan organises the intended measures and the treatment of affected creditors in restructuring proceedings under the ReO. It provides the basis for consideration of the proposed restructuring by the court and the creditors concerned.
The restructuring plan is neither the entire restructuring procedure nor an insolvency reorganisation plan under the IO. The reorganisation and restructuring hub explains the procedural routes; the article on out-of-court reorganisation and restructuring under the ReO places preventive restructuring in context.
