Directors before the crisis meeting
Prepare four distinct blocks: liquidity, organ decisions, financing and creditor structure.
A reliable crisis meeting needs current figures and traceable decisions. This checklist organises the preparation into four distinct blocks.
The filing duty under section 69 IO must not be equated with a restructuring project. The reorganisation and restructuring topic page explains the distinction.

Legal framework
Section 69 IO governs the filing duty. Its outer framework is not an automatic waiting period; the onset of insolvency, culpability and permitted measures require individual analysis.
Section 1 ReO describes the restructuring framework. Restructuring, reorganisation proceedings and the filing duty remain separate reviews that must be coordinated in time. The firm article on delayed filing and director liability provides further guidance.
This checklist organises the records for individual review of insolvency onset, the filing period and eligibility for restructuring proceedings.
